At 2 o'clock in the afternoon on the 24th Jun 2009 ,the Presentation ceremony of the second batch of love fund by Huafu Group was held in the meeting room on the third floor of Huafu Group. This is another love fund granted to the held right after the first batch of fund granted to the 10 employees this year.
Attended at the meeting were Mr. Zhan - the executive vice president , Mr. Zhao - the president assistant and chairman of the work's union , Mr. Gao qingde - the chief of manager of the Petroleum development division , Mr. Hong hai - the chief manager of the environmental division and partial leading members from other divisions as well as 20 subvented staffs and their relatives.
Mr. Zhao held this ceremony and Mr. Zhan awarded the assistance payments to those staffs in difficulty on behalf of the Group and also presented a short speech.
At the very beginning of the meeting , Mr. Zhao briefly introduced about the situation of this grant activity and the difficulty conditions the funded families facing with in detail , then Zhan weidong awarded the assistance payments to those employees in difficulty ,shook hands with them, and had a photograph taken together with them. Mr. Zhan encouraged them and said in his speech :"You all work here in Huafu and you are not alone , even if you have difficulties in your lives , I hope that all of you should set up a solid confidence and determination to overcome various difficulties and pass the "love" of Huafu Group along through your action."
The inner website published the standards of the funded staffs in this love fund activity , and the candidates were selected by each division , and finally screened out and approved by the fund Management Committee. Finally the second batch of love fund was shared among Gao changwei, Mudan, Wang Jigui, Cai Xiaogang, Zhang Zidong , Li Suangjiang , Wan Guobin, Yan Chunguang and Sun Zemin.
The total amount of the fund was 30,000 Yuan.
