On Feb. 18th ,2009 ,the general assembly regarding the establishment of HSE management committee of Liaoning Huafu petroleum hi-tech Corp. Ltd. and it¡¯s first meeting were held on the third floor of Huafu Group¡¯s building.

  Mr. Feng ¡ªthe chief of the HSE division announced <<The decision regarding the establishment of HSE management committee in Huafu Group>> ,and submitted several reports for HSE management committee to deliberate, including << Annual report of HSE carried out in Liaoning Huafu Petroleum Hi-tech Corp. Ltd. in 2008 and the plan for 2009>>,<<The report of risk mortgage payment to honor the safety production of Liaoning Huafu Petroleum Hi-tech Corp. Ltd. in 2008>> and <<Risk mortgage payment assessment program to honor of Liaoning Huafu Petroleum Hi-tech Corp. Ltd. in 2009>> . The people presented at the meeting seriously discussed  above three reports and put forward their opinions for modifications and improvements.

The establishment of HSE management committee in Liaoning Huafu Petroleum Hi-tech Corp. Ltd. and it¡¯s first meeting have a significant importance fro the occupational HSE management in Huafu , It not only symbolized that HSE in Huafu had entered into a new developing period but also embodied that the top level of Huafu Group had taken mort care and emphasis on HSE job. All of these reflect a management concept of ¡°safety first quality supreme , environment priority and people oriented¡±
