HOW IT WORKS
Thewalnut shell filter is mainly used to separate finely dispersed emulsified oil that cannot float naturally through the oil removal tank. The specially treated wild walnut shell filter material has porous and large surface area. The filter material intercepts the suspended solids and oil droplets in the sewage on the surface of the filter material layer or adsorbs them on the surface of the filter material. After a period of operation, that is, when the water quality of the saturated effluent of the filter material deteriorates, the inlet water is stopped for backwashing to restore the original characteristics of the filter material, and the backwashing water will take away the intercepted substances, finally achieving the effect of filtering oil and suspended solids. -
