The tank of high-efficiency oil-water separation device series of products are designed, developed and manufactured by our company for oilfield oily sewage treatment by introducing Canadian Andmir's technology. Based on the principles of flotation, coalescence and sedimentation, combined with the actual characteristics of the oil-water production sewage treatment process in China's onshore oilfields, the oil-water separation effect is improved, and the recovery rate of crude oil is improved under the premise of ensuring the good properties of crude oil. On the basis of the original treatment effect of the sewage sedimentation tank, the tank type high-efficiency oil-water separation device can further improve the oil removal efficiency by more than 40% and the suspended solids removal efficiency by more than 20%, and solve the problems of low oil removal efficiency and large floor space of the existing settlement tank in the® oilfield. It can be used in new sewage settling tanks (buffer tanks) or technical retrofits of existing sedimentation tanks (buffer tanks), which can save investment and improve economic benefits while improving the efficiency of oily wastewater treatment.
In modern times, in terms of precipitation technology, the condensation view of rapid mixing and slow reaction of colloidal particles was proposed. For air flotation processes, thorough mixing of reactions is also important. Because air flotation has fast separation properties, its front-end process must be completed quickly in order to give full play to its advantages. The sedimentation tank requires a reaction time of 15~30min, and it is impossible to provide such a long reaction time in the air flotation tank. Air flotation is to use the action of microbubbles (about 20~30um) to make the flocs float, so as long as the flocs grow enough to be adhered to by the microbubbles. The diameter of the floc required for precipitation is generally more than 1mm, and the requirements for air flotation in this regard are much more relaxed, and the diameter of the floc is too large, but it may be broken during the mixing process with the bubble. Therefore, the reaction time of air flotation can be greatly shortened. The tubular mixing reactor is adopted, which adopts the combination of pipeline mixing and reaction, and meets the different requirements of mixing and reaction by controlling the flow rate in the pipeline. The pipeline coagulation reactor improves the mixing reaction effect.
The anti-blocking release device treated by special process has the characteristics of self-cleaning, non-blockage, good anti-corrosion performance and high efficiency, and does not require any special debugging and maintenance during operation; The unique and efficient dissolved air device design realizes fast and sufficient air-water mixing without filler through high-speed and high-pressure air-water contact, with a residence time of 15 seconds, shortening the dissolved gas time and avoiding blockage. The high-efficiency dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 99%, and the gas release rate is as high as 98%. The dissolved air effect is remarkable, the content of fine bubbles is large, the water treatment effect is good, and the microbubbles improve the effect of oil and SS when they are efficiently adsorbed with suspended particles. The automatic control system and easy installation and maintenance make it a true "fully automatic and efficient" processing system.
