In order to better serve customers in Asia, especially in China, in 2003,Andmir Air Float began to manufacture and sell in Liaoning, China, and jointly established Dalian Andmir Equipment Co.,Ltd. In China, nearly 200 fourth-generation air flotation devices have been produced and sold, and in 2010, the product was upgraded to the fifth generation, the equipment occupies a smaller area, the processing capacity is stronger, suitable for places where there is space but the space is scarce, according to user requirements, can meet different user needs.

● Unique high-efficiency tubular reactor makes the mixture of agents better, saves water treatment agents at the same time, and improves water treatment efficiency:
● The inclined plate is set in the cavity of the flotation machine, which can make the flocculation reaction occur in the process of internal floating, increase the size of the particles, and improve the separation efficiency;
● The dissolved gas pressure can reach 0.6Mpa, which increases the amount of dissolved gas;
● Due to the special structure design, the pressure dissolved air flotation device has a high degree of integration, compact structure and small footprint. -
HOW IT WORKS
The working principle of the pressure dissolved air flotation device: after the sewage passes through the tubular reactor, it enters the dissolved air flotation machine and is mixed with dissolved air water. The sewage is separated by the inclined plate in the dissolved air flotation box body, and then flows out of the air flotation box through a special flow channel. The floc is attached to the small bubbles, separated from the water by the oblique plate set in the flotation machine cavity, floats up to the liquid surface, and is scraped away by the automatic scraper, and the sediment at the bottom of the flotation machine is scraped by the bottom scraper to the sewage valve to be discharged. Part of the effluent of the flotation machine is recirculated through a circulating pump, and the circulating water is injected into the dissolved air tank arranged at an angle, and quickly mixed with the compressed air in it to become saturated dissolved air water.

The tank of high-efficiency oil-water separation device series of products are designed, developed and manufactured by our company for oilfield oily sewage treatment by introducing Canadian Andmir's technology. Based on the principles of flotation, coalescence and sedimentation, combined with the actual characteristics of the oil-water production sewage treatment process in China's onshore oilfields, the oil-water separation effect is improved, and the recovery rate of crude oil is improved under the premise of ensuring the good properties of crude oil. On the basis of the original treatment effect of the sewage sedimentation tank, the tank type high-efficiency oil-water separation device can further improve the oil removal efficiency by more than 40% and the suspended solids removal efficiency by more than 20%, and solve the problems of low oil removal efficiency and large floor space of the existing settlement tank in the® oilfield. It can be used in new sewage settling tanks (buffer tanks) or technical retrofits of existing sedimentation tanks (buffer tanks), which can save investment and improve economic benefits while improving the efficiency of oily wastewater treatment.

Pond®advection flotation device
Pond ® It is a new type of high-efficiency wastewater treatment device, which comprehensively applies the principles of sedimentation and flotation. It can realize solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid separation at the same time, significantly improving the efficiency and precision of conventional gravity separation process, and the removal rate of petroleum and solid suspended solids exceeds 90%. This device is especially suitable for strengthening the separation function of the existing sedimentation tank.

In modern times, in terms of precipitation technology, the condensation view of rapid mixing and slow reaction of colloidal particles was proposed. For air flotation processes, thorough mixing of reactions is also important. Because air flotation has fast separation properties, its front-end process must be completed quickly in order to give full play to its advantages. The sedimentation tank requires a reaction time of 15~30min, and it is impossible to provide such a long reaction time in the air flotation tank. Air flotation is to use the action of microbubbles (about 20~30um) to make the flocs float, so as long as the flocs grow enough to be adhered to by the microbubbles. The diameter of the floc required for precipitation is generally more than 1mm, and the requirements for air flotation in this regard are much more relaxed, and the diameter of the floc is too large, but it may be broken during the mixing process with the bubble. Therefore, the reaction time of air flotation can be greatly shortened. The tubular mixing reactor is adopted, which adopts the combination of pipeline mixing and reaction, and meets the different requirements of mixing and reaction by controlling the flow rate in the pipeline. The pipeline coagulation reactor improves the mixing reaction effect.
