  • HOW IT WORKS

    The sewage to be treated first enters the tubular reaction zone of the micro-pressure high-efficiency oil remover, and after a premix with dissolved air water, it enters the main reaction area of the micro-pressure high-efficiency oil remover, and mixes with dissolved air water for the second time, so that the microbubbles released by dissolved air water are fully mixed with sewage, and oil droplets are attached to small bubbles to form an air flotation. The air flotation body subject to greater buoyancy directly floats up to the surface of the sewage; The air float that cannot be directly floated with the sewage flows, and under the action of the shallow pool principle of the oblique pipe separation zone, adhesion, coalescence and other processes occur with the inner surface of the inclined pipe, forming larger oil droplets or air floats up to the water surface, so that the oil and water are separated again and the sewage is fully purified. Part of the effluent passes through a dissolved gas system, quickly mixes with the gas and dissolves until it is saturated, and then through a proprietary anti-blocking releaser, a uniform bubble is released to mix with the influent twice. Oil layers floating on the surface of sewage are regularly collected and discharged through overflow tanks. The bottom of the main tank is formed by suspended solids in the sewage, which is discharged by the sludge pipe at the bottom. The treated water passes through the outlet channel and is discharged into the main body of the equipment.

Pipe coagulation reactor

In modern times, in terms of precipitation technology, the condensation view of rapid mixing and slow reaction of colloidal particles was proposed. For air flotation processes, thorough mixing of reactions is also important. Because air flotation has fast separation properties, its front-end process must be completed quickly in order to give full play to its advantages. The sedimentation tank requires a reaction time of 15~30min, and it is impossible to provide such a long reaction time in the air flotation tank. Air flotation is to use the action of microbubbles (about 20~30um) to make the flocs float, so as long as the flocs grow enough to be adhered to by the microbubbles. The diameter of the floc required for precipitation is generally more than 1mm, and the requirements for air flotation in this regard are much more relaxed, and the diameter of the floc is too large, but it may be broken during the mixing process with the bubble. Therefore, the reaction time of air flotation can be greatly shortened. The tubular mixing reactor is adopted, which adopts the combination of pipeline mixing and reaction, and meets the different requirements of mixing and reaction by controlling the flow rate in the pipeline. The pipeline coagulation reactor improves the mixing reaction effect.

Dissolved air system
