● The dissolved air system adopts the two-stage dissolved gas method of gas-liquid two-phase dissolved air pump and pressure dissolved gas tank, and the volume of the dissolved air tank is small, which makes it easy to install on various use process equipment.
● The operating pressure of the dissolved gas tank is 0.5~0.7MPa, which is 0.2MPa higher than the operating pressure of the traditional dissolved gas tank. This enables more air to be dissolved in the return water. The air pressure is generally higher than the circulating pump pressure of 0.1~0.5MPa. adjusting the air flow meter optimizes the amount of air delivered to the system.
● The jet device is added to the inlet of the dissolved gas tank, and the reflux water enters the dissolved gas tank in a high-speed jet state, so that the liquid film thickness of the dissolved gas control process becomes very thin, thereby shortening the dissolved gas time. The water flow is then reflected through the tank wall many times and fully in contact with the air. The whole dissolved gas process is completed quickly within 3~5s. -
HOW IT WORKS
The dissolved gas process refers to the gas transfer process that occurs in the water-air system. When a gas comes into contact with a liquid, the gas dissolves in the liquid and causes a certain solubility. When the gas-liquid phases are in contact for a long time, the solubility gradually tends to a limit value, becoming the equilibrium solubility or saturated solubility. At this time, the gas-liquid phase reaches equilibrium.

In modern times, in terms of precipitation technology, the condensation view of rapid mixing and slow reaction of colloidal particles was proposed. For air flotation processes, thorough mixing of reactions is also important. Because air flotation has fast separation properties, its front-end process must be completed quickly in order to give full play to its advantages. The sedimentation tank requires a reaction time of 15~30min, and it is impossible to provide such a long reaction time in the air flotation tank. Air flotation is to use the action of microbubbles (about 20~30um) to make the flocs float, so as long as the flocs grow enough to be adhered to by the microbubbles. The diameter of the floc required for precipitation is generally more than 1mm, and the requirements for air flotation in this regard are much more relaxed, and the diameter of the floc is too large, but it may be broken during the mixing process with the bubble. Therefore, the reaction time of air flotation can be greatly shortened. The tubular mixing reactor is adopted, which adopts the combination of pipeline mixing and reaction, and meets the different requirements of mixing and reaction by controlling the flow rate in the pipeline. The pipeline coagulation reactor improves the mixing reaction effect.

Based on the principles of flotation, coalescence and sedimentation, combined with the actual characteristics of the oil-water production sewage treatment process in China's onshore oilfields, the oil-water separation effect is improved, and the recovery rate of crude oil is improved under the premise of ensuring the good properties of crude oil. On the basis of the original treatment effect of the sewage sedimentation tank, the tank type high-efficiency oil-water separation device can further improve the oil removal efficiency by more than 40% and the suspended solids removal efficiency by more than 20%, and solve the problems of low oil removal efficiency and large floor space of the existing settlement tank in the® oilfield.
