Due to the existence of water-sealed wells, the gas phase space is not connected, and the pipeline coverage is wide and the trend is complex, it is not feasible to collect waste gas directly at the end of the main drainage line for unified treatment. At the same time, the sewage wells upstream and downstream of the water-sealed wells are not allowed to be connected by using pipelines or directly removing the water-sealed components, otherwise the gas phase space of the whole pipe network will be connected, causing great potential safety hazards. Due to the large and scattered number of oil separators/sewage tanks, water-sealed wells and collection wells, if collection pipe networks are built at each point and section, the pipe networks are large and complex, the construction is difficult, the management and maintenance is difficult, and the construction cost is very high.
PetroChina Fushun Petroleum Plant No. 3 sewage reuse project homogeneous tank effluent is equipped with two 250m3/h inclined plate oil eliminators (parallel operation), arranged on the second floor of the air flotation room, explosion-proof design, adding degreaser to the inlet pipeline to further remove oil slick and suspended solids in sewage.
Eight Φ3000 multi-media filters (parallel operation) are set up in the biochemical effluent of the biochemical reuse facility renovation project of Fushun Petroleum Plant No. 3 of PetroChina, which are used to remove pollutants such as COD and suspended solids in the water, as a standard discharge guarantee equipment.

The low-concentration sewage treatment plant of oil refining of Maoming Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation adopts four first-class air flotation devices, which adopt vortex-concave air flotation type, and each front end is equipped with coagulation reaction tanks.
The device design is compact and reasonable, and meets the continuous preparation and dosing from dry powder to chemical solution; The device can meet the dosing function of different kinds of chemicals, especially for polyacrylamide, it has sufficient curing time and does not form "fish eyes"; The dosage of dry powder can be changed according to the on-site conditions, and the concentration of pharmaceutical solution preparation can be set; The dosing amount can be automatically adjusted according to the feedback signal of the dosing point.
