Project Introduction

Eight Φ3000 multi-media filters (parallel operation) are set up in the biochemical effluent of the biochemical reuse facility renovation project of Fushun Petroleum Plant No. 3 of PetroChina, which are used to remove pollutants such as COD and suspended solids in the water, as a standard discharge guarantee equipment.

Product features and performance indicators
The filter backwash method is combined with gas and water to save the amount of backwash water; Compared with the single-layer filter filter, it has the characteristics of large dirt bearing capacity, long working cycle and high flow rate; Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic control can be realized; Unique sieve type high-resistance water distribution device with large bearing capacity; No leakage of filter material; Uniform water distribution; Backwash full and other characteristics. Suspended solids of influent quality< 30mg/L; Oil less than 30mg/L; Effluent quality suspended solids 5-7mg/L; Oil 5-7mg/L.

 

Equipment principle
During normal operation, the sewage enters the filter tank from the water inlet of the equipment, and after passing through the water distribution of the top water distribution device, it evenly passes through the filter material layer. Through the migration and adhesion of the particulate impurities suspended in the sewage by the filter material, the impurity particles carried in the water are trapped in the filter material, and the filtered water is discharged from the outlet after passing through the water distribution device at the bottom. So as to achieve the purpose of removing suspended solids and oil. When filtered for a period of time, because a large amount of suspended solids blocks the pores of each filter layer, affecting the filtration speed and quality, it is necessary to backwash and rinse the filter material for normal filtration. The filter material is cleaned by air washing first and then washed with water. Air backwashing is to use the vibration of rising air bubbles to effectively scrub down the dirt attached to the surface of the filter material to suspend it in water, and then use high-strength backwash water through the uniform water distribution of the bottom high-resistance water distribution device, evenly flush and wash all parts of the filter layer, discharge the dirt, and completely regenerate the filter material.  

 

Operating effect and application field
The installation of multi-media filters has met the requirements of use, with a high degree of trouble-free automation and high efficiency in oil removal and suspended solids.It is used in the pretreatment of pure water, food and beverage water, mineral water and electronics, printing and dyeing, papermaking, petroleum and chemical industry water quality and filtration after secondary treatment of industrial sewage. It is used in reclaimed water reuse system and swimming pool circulation system filtration treatment to remove suspended impurities in water.
