Dissolved gas system: using patented inclined tank high-pressure dissolved gas technology, the liquid level in the tank is constant, and the dissolved gas pressure can reach 0.6Mpa. The dissolved gas efficiency is high, the dissolved gas amount is large, and the volume of the dissolved gas tank is small.
Anti-blocking releaser: using patented anti-blocking releaser, the release model can be selected according to the requirements of different treatment objects, the bubble size is controllable, and the wide flow channel is not blocked.

Principle
The raw water enters the tubular mixing reactor, where agents (coagulants and flocculants) can be added according to the water quality to form separable flocs or oil droplets. In the tubular mixing reactor, dissolved gas water is introduced at the same time to form a gas-liquid-solid three-phase copolymer that can float rapidly. The sewage pretreated by the tubular mixing reactor enters the air flotation device, and the tiny bubbles (bubble diameter range 30~50um) released in the sewage and gas-water mixture in the inlet chamber are mixed. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage, forming air floats with a specific gravity less than water. The air float rises to the water surface and condenses into an oil slick (or dross), which is scraped to the oil (slag) tank by the oil scraper (slag) machine; The heavier solid particles in the inlet chamber are precipitated here and discharged through the sand discharge valve, and the system requires that the sand discharge valve be opened regularly to keep the inlet chamber clean; The sewage enters the water distribution area of the air flotation device, and the rapidly rising particles will float to the surface; Particles that rise slowly are separated in the corrugated inclined plate, and once a particle touches the corrugated inclined plate, it can rise against the direction of the water flow under the action of buoyancy; All heavy particles will sink, and the sinking particles will be collected by the bottom scraper and discharged by periodically opening the sludge discharge valve.
The whole air flotation device realizes a relatively closed design, and the exhaust gas enters the external exhaust treatment system in an organized manner through the unified exhaust port to avoid the fugitive emission of the exhaust gas in the factory area.
