Project introduction

Due to the existence of water-sealed wells, the gas phase space is not connected, and the pipeline coverage is wide and the trend is complex, it is not feasible to collect waste gas directly at the end of the main drainage line for unified treatment. At the same time, the sewage wells upstream and downstream of the water-sealed wells are not allowed to be connected by using pipelines or directly removing the water-sealed components, otherwise the gas phase space of the whole pipe network will be connected, causing great potential safety hazards. Due to the large and scattered number of oil separators/sewage tanks, water-sealed wells and collection wells, if collection pipe networks are built at each point and section, the pipe networks are large and complex, the construction is difficult, the management and maintenance is difficult, and the construction cost is very high.

It is mainly applied to the treatment of VOCs and H2S discharged unorganized from the wastewater gathering and transportation system of petrochemical industry, reducing the odor pollution and toxic gas threat, ensuring the health of employees and safe production of enterprises, and reducing pipeline corrosion penetration.
