Device composition

Equipment principle
The dosing device controls the opening and closing of the clean water solenoid valve, the operation of the screw powder feeder and the stirring motor by controlling the power distribution cabinet, and realizes the automatic control of water on the medicine box, dry powder dosing and dissolution preparation, and the design of the screw feeder and the conversion slot plate ensures the dosing ratio of the mixed chemical solution, and makes the function of the medicine box between the dissolving box and the dosing box change, avoiding the occurrence of man-made accidents, improving work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of workers and reducing environmental pollution. At the same time, control the power distribution cabinet, control the operation of the dosing pump, and convert the three-way solenoid valve to realize automatic continuous dosing.
