    ● Regarding the characteristics of different wastewater, targeted anti-pollution membrane elements are selected through long-term engineering practices of wastewater recycling.
    ● With proprietary operation and chemical washingtechnologies adopted, membrane pollution can be effectively mitigated, and membrane flux can be recovered online.
    ● With necessary chemical washing unit, dosing unit and automatic control system provided, it is a relatively independent and complete continuous operation system.
    ● With a local control cabinet provided, operating data are acquired and stored automatically. With the realization of program-controlled operation and chemical washing, operating parameters can be re-set on the screen in real time according to the actual situation, and the workload of operation and maintenance is small.
    ● Through the communication interface, communication with the central control system (DCS) of wastewater treatment plant becomes possible to realize centralized monitoring.

  • HOW IT WORKS
    Ultrafiltration separation is a screening process, in which ultrafiltration membrane is used as the filtering medium, and the differential pressureacross both sides of the membrane is used as the driving force. When wastewater flows through the membrane surface, water and small molecular substances pass through the membrane, and substances larger than the membrane pore size are intercepted and concentrated to achieve the purification of wastewater. In order to mitigate membrane pollution, regular backwashing or concentrated water draining and other auxiliary technical measures are usually required during membrane operation. After the membrane runs for a period of time, the membrane flux decreases, and so the membrane needs to be chemically washed to recover its flux.
    For hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane unit, proprietary pneumatic operation mode is adopted, and periodic automatic washingis set. For tubular membrane and ceramic membrane ultrafiltration units, periodic pulse disturbance operation mode is adopted to effectively reduce the pollution rate of membrane.
