After the oily sewage enters the inclined plate degreaser, under the action of the inlet device, the oil-water separation is realized at one time, so that the oil beads with large particle size are separated; The aqueous phase after a single separation still carries many oil particles of small size. The primary separated aqueous phase is carried out by the coalescing packing area inside the equipment for the secondary separation of oil and water. The small oil particles in the aqueous phase pass through the coalescence packing area, through collision coalescence and infiltration coalescence, so that the oil droplets continue to collide with each other and gather and rise, the large oil droplets continue to contact with the rough surface of the coalescence filler, forming a layer of oil film on the surface of the filler, this oil film is the base source of the formation of large oil droplets, the oil droplets in the sewage will constantly collide with it, so that the oil film thickens to form larger oil droplets. When the buoyancy of the oil droplets exceeds the viscosity of the oil film, the large oil droplets will fall off the surface of the filler and float to the liquid surface. So that the oil and water are separated for the second time. After two separate sewage passes through the inclined pipe separation area inside the equipment, in the oblique pipe separation area, the sewage is in a laminar flow state, and the remaining small oil droplets in the sewage quickly gather on the surface of the oblique pipe under the action of the shallow pool principle, forming large oil droplets, under the action of buoyancy, floating up to the water surface, so that the oil and water are separated for the third time.
The oil that floats to the surface passes through the oil recovery system, collects into the sewage tank, and is regularly discharged. -
