Product features and performance indicators
For different sewage, through long-term sewage reuse engineering practice, targeted anti-fouling membrane elements were screened; Using proprietary operating technology and chemical cleaning process, membrane fouling can be effectively alleviated and membrane flux can be restored online; Equipped with a complete chemical cleaning unit, dosing unit and automatic control system, it is a relatively independent and complete continuous operating system; Equipped with local control cabinet, automatic collection and storage of operating data, operation and chemical cleaning to achieve program control, operating parameters can be reset on the screen according to the actual realization, and the operation and maintenance workload is small; Through the communication interface, it can communicate with the DCS central control system of the water treatment plant to achieve centralized monitoring; Skid-based design, small on-site installation workload. The treatment scale of a single set of membrane device ranges from 1~200m3/h, the membrane separation pore size is 0.01~0.03μm, the membrane effluent suspended solids are less than 1mg/L, and the median particle size of suspended solids is less than 0.8μm.

 

Equipment principle
Ultrafiltration separation belongs to the screening process, with ultrafiltration membrane as the filter medium, the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane as the driving force, when the sewage flows through the membrane surface, water and small molecular substances pass through the membrane, and the substances larger than the membrane pore size are intercepted and concentrated, to achieve the purification of sewage. In order to mitigate membrane fouling, regular backwashing or drainage of concentrated water is often required during membrane operation, as well as other auxiliary process measures to mitigate membrane fouling. When the membrane flux decreases after running for a period of time, chemical cleaning of the membrane is required to restore the membrane flux.
Our company adopts the proprietary pneumatic operation mode for the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane device, and sets up periodic automatic cleaning program, and for the tubular membrane ultrafiltration device and ceramic membrane ultrafiltration device, it adopts periodic pulse disturbance operation, which effectively reduces the pollution rate of the membrane.  

 

Operation effect and application field
The ultrafiltration membrane device installed has met the requirements of use, with a high degree of trouble-free automation, and has reached the median particle size of fine treatment of oily wastewater in low-permeability oilfield.
