Daqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant No. 2 Junanba Joint Station Tank type high-efficiency oil-water separation device has 2 sets of Tank-B750®® high-efficiency oil-water separator, single set of processing capacity of 750m3/h, single set of dissolved gas water volume 100~150m3/h, dissolved gas volume 10~15Nm3/h, contact reaction effective time 30sec. The two units have a total installed capacity of 120kW and an operating load of 90kW.

Product features and performance indicators
The organic combination of high-pressure dissolved gas technology and traditional settling tank has the dual functions of air flotation and sedimentation; Improve oil removal efficiency, save floor space, and have strong resistance to water quality fluctuations; It adopts unique high-pressure dissolved gas technology, large dissolved gas capacity, strong pollution carrying capacity, and can treat high oil content and high suspended solids sewage; Adopt a new "copolymerization technology" that does not add drugs or saves more than 40% of agents; Proprietary imported dissolved gas releaser, no clogging failure, stable operation; The recovered oil is of good quality and does not affect the crude oil system; Fully automatic control, simple operation and maintenance. Equipment principle and application
Tank® type high-efficiency oil-water separation device series products are specially designed and developed for oilfield oily sewage treatment when our company introduced Canadian Adimo technology. Based on the principles of flotation, coalescence and sedimentation, combined with the actual characteristics of the oily sewage treatment process in China's onshore oilfields, this technology product can significantly improve the oil-water separation effect, and improve the recovery rate of crude oil under the premise of ensuring the good properties of crude oil products. Compared with the settling tank, the tank type high-efficiency oil-water separation device can improve the oil removal efficiency by more than 40% and the suspended solids removal efficiency by more than 20%, which solves the problems of low oil removal efficiency and large floor space of the existing settlement tank in the® oilfield. It can be used for new construction projects or retrofitting existing settling tanks or conditioning tanks. While improving the efficiency of oily sewage treatment, it saves investment and improves economic benefits.
