HOW IT WORKS

SPTank water purification tank is a septic tank and water purification treatment equipment, suitable for single family or several households in close proximity (to ensure that the toilet can drain smoothly to the treatment equipment), the water purification part adopts AO process as a whole, and biological fillers are added inside. The water of the toilet first enters the first compartment of the septic tank for liquid-solid separation, and then enters the anaerobic zone to use anaerobic microorganisms to degrade pollutants such as N, P, CODcr, BOD5 and other pollutants in wastewater. There is a high concentration of sludge mixture and biofilm in the pool, and the organic matter in the pool is degraded by aerobic bacteria, which improves the biochemistry of wastewater, and at the same time, under the action of microorganisms, the organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen are converted into N2 and NxO gas. The effluent from the anaerobic zone flows into the oxidation pond, and under the action of aerobic microorganisms, NH4+ in the wastewater is converted into NO2- and NO3-. With the help of the oxidative metabolism of aerobic microorganisms attached to the elastic filler in the pool, the organic pollutants in the wastewater are decomposed, thereby reducing its BOD5, CODcr, and other pollutant indicators. The effluent of the contact oxidation tank flows into the sedimentation tank, and the precipitated sludge is properly pumped into the sludge tank for digestion and treatment, and the sewage of the sedimentation tank is mainly separated by sludge water and then flows into the clean water tank through lifting into the oxidation pond or wetland.
