    ● The mobile microbial carrier can form a highly obligate active biofilm, which makes the reactor more efficient per unit volume, increases the process stability, and reduces the reactor volume.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    The BMPurifer integrated treatment equipment takes the flow-bed biofilm reactor process as the core, and adopts the combined process of A2O-MBBR decarburization and phosphorus removal, and the water quality is stable. The wastewater is intercepted by the grid to remove the solid suspended solids such as waste residue, paper scraps, fibers and other solid solids in the water, enters the regulating pool, and is homogenized and homogenized in the regulating pool and then lifted to the A-class biological pool by pump, and the heterotrophic bacteria in the A-class biological pool stage hydrolyze the soluble organic matter in the sewage into organic acids, so that the macromolecular organic matter is decomposed into small molecule organic matter, the insoluble organic matter is converted into soluble organic matter, and the protein, fat and other pollutants are ammoniated. A new MBBR filler was set up in the O-class biological pool section, and the biofilm on the suspended filler was used to further treat the sewage under aeration conditions, in which aerobic microorganisms decomposed organic matter into CO2 and H2O. Under sufficient oxygen supply conditions, the nitrification of nitrifying bacteria oxidizes NH3-N to NO3-, returns to the A biological pool through reflux control, under the condition of lack of oxygen, the denitrification of isooxygen bacteria reduces NO3- to molecular nitrogen, the effluent of the oxidation tank enters the sedimentation tank for precipitation, the sedimentation tank effluent enters the disinfection tank for chlorine dioxide disinfection, and the disinfection effluent is discharged up to standard.
    MBPurifer integrated treatment equipment takes MBR membrane bioreactor process as the core, adopts A2O-MBR decarburization and phosphorus removal combination process, and the water quality is stable.   • TECHNICAL INFORMATION

    1. Sewage treatment is composed of an integral reactor, and the material is steel structure. The steel structure pool adopts interpenetrating network anti-corrosion coating for anti-corrosion. It is a rubber network and plastic network penetrate each other to form an interpenetrating network polymer, which can resist acid, alkali, salt, gasoline, kerosene, aging resistance, impact resistance, and can bring rust and rust prevention. After the equipment is generally coated with the coating, the anti-corrosion life can reach more than 12 years.
    2. The A2O biological treatment process in the sewage treatment equipment adopts the push-flow biological contact oxidation pool, and its treatment is better than the fully mixed or two- and three-stage tandem fully mixed biological contact oxidation tank. And it is smaller than the activated sludge tank, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not produce sludge expansion. At the same time, a new type of elastic three-dimensional filler is used in the biological contact oxidation pool, which has a large specific surface area, convenient microbial film hanging and decoating, and has a higher removal rate of organic matter than other fillers under the same organic load conditions, which can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
    3. Due to the use of biological contact oxidation pool in the A2O biological treatment process, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the self-oxidation stage, so the amount of sludge produced is less. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount of sludge produced by sewage after passing through the sewage treatment equipment is small, and it generally only takes about 90 days to discharge the sludge.
    4. In addition to the conventional blower sound suppression measures (such as vibration isolation pads, silencers, etc.), the integrated sewage treatment equipment also sets up new sound-absorbing materials on the inner wall of the blower room, so that the noise of the equipment is lower than 50 decibels and reduces the impact on the surrounding environment.
