Flotation


Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a proven and highly effective physical/chemical technique for treating a variety of industrial and municipal processes and wastewater streams.DAF systems are commonly used to remove grease and suspended solids to meet a variety of treatment objectives, including: ● Pretreatment to reduce the impact of oil on downstream filter treatment systems ● Pretreatment to reduce load on downstream biological treatment systems ● Polishing of biological treatment effluent ● Product Recovery and Reuse ● Concentration of Biosolids ● Pretreatment to meet sewer discharge limits

Oil Water Separator


The basic principle of difference in gravity between the phases is employed in an OWS in separation of the two phases.Adding inclined plate group in the OWS separation area, basedon the principle of laminar flow, can significantly improve the efficiency of oil-water separation.

Filtration


Granular media filtration is the key equipment or facility of particulate removal for water treatment plants. Huafu’s granular media filters include walnut shell filters, multi-media filters and ultra-fine filter materials. Skid-type filters include tanks, water inlet distribution pipes, Bottom water collection pipes, backwash air distribution/water distribution pipes, pipelines, instruments and control systems.

Resin softeners


Ion exchange refers to the water treatment method in which the ion exchange agent is used to make the exchangeable ions in the exchange agent and the water solution undergo reversible exchange with the same mass rules, while the structure of the ion exchange agent does not change substantially. Ion exchange technology is widely used in the field of water treatment. Such as water softening, water desalting, high-purity water preparation, industrial wastewater treatment, heavy metal and precious metal recovery, etc.

Ultrafiltration membrane filtration


Featuring low suspended solids in outlet water and bacteria and viruses removal, ultrafiltration membrane separation technology greatly improves the quality of reclaimed water, and is also an ideal pretreatment technology for reverse osmosis. With the progress of ultrafiltration membrane technology and the reduction of cost, ultrafiltration membrane will be the first choice for the recycling of reclaimed water. Thanks to long-term engineering practices and experience, we have successfully overcome the problem of membrane pollution in wastewater treatment by optimizing the membrane operation and chemical washingtechnologies, and achieved long-term stable operation of ultrafiltration membrane units.
